At three sites in Lübeck, Falkenhagen and Überherrn, more than 450 qualified and dedicated employees process maize, wheat, barley and rice into foodstuffs whose quality is widely appreciated.
With modern production facilities and certified processes, we ensure that our customers receive the high standard they always expect from us.

Organisation
As a medium-sized manufacturing company, we operate within the mindset of our stockholders, two businesses with family roots that embody the spirit of the Hanseatic League: Laurens Spethmann Holding (LSH), which operates across Europe, and globally networked corporate group Peter Cremer Holding (Cremer). Two companies, which like Nordgetreide, have their roots in quality.

Logistically well-situated locations ensure that our plants have both a smooth supply of raw materials and cost-effective, reliable and fast transport connections to our business partners.
History
Werner Fischbach and Peter Cremer found the maize mill in Lübeck in 1966. The mill processes European grain maize for the brewery and snack industry. Business booms, and so Nordgetreide invests in a hulling mill, which produces groats and hulled barley from grain.
