As the link between administration and production sites, we focus on the coordination of cross-facility collaboration, which leads to a broad spectrum of tasks. Mastering new challenges together with the team and contributing to the company's strategic development gives me great enthusiasm to come to work every day. I started at Nordgetreide in 2014 as a trainee for industrial management. During and after my apprenticeship, I was able to develop my personal strengths and thereby contribute to the company's day-to-day-business and goals. These days, I have taken on the role of a product manager in sales, managing the cereal and muesli range for the retail trade. 
I particularly enjoy the wide range of tasks and collaborating with my colleagues across all the different departments.

Julian Steudte

Machine and plant operator

I am a trained machine and plant operator and have gained extensive experience in the food industry over the past few years. Since January 2022, I have been working in cereal production and appreciate the responsibility that comes with the job. I now have the opportunity to work with three different plants, and therefore enjoy a varied daily routine. Collegiality is crucial for our team in the production department. We mutually help and support each other.

Specialist for process and procedures

I joined Nordgetreide as a process specialist in October 2019, and found myself in a dynamic company that tackles and implements change in a structured way. Employees are always given plenty of scope for personal development. I have been able to expand my work as a process specialist to include CAD and, in addition to developing and scaling up production processes, I also take part in the design and manufacturing of equipment. Head of Business Partnering and HR Business Partner Administration

In August 2009, I was lucky enough to be accepted as a trainee for the dual business economic studies programme at Nordgetreide. I quickly realised that I particularly liked working in the Human Resources department. Today, I am the team manager for 3 HR consultants. Together with my team, I handle the entire HR support and recruitment for all of our locations.
