We are convinced by quality, as we impress with quality

Quality is the focus of our daily actions in all business areas at Nordgetreide. Being the only German cereal producer with its own maize milling plant and hulling plant, we control the complete production process. This enables us to offer quality products that satisfy market demands to our customers in the industry and trade sectors. We also work passionately and with innovation to continuously develop our expertise.

Convincing our customers by quality

At Nordgetreide we put all our effort into fulfilling our customers’ wishes, also in terms of innovative products and specific requirements. A focus on quality in service also involves closely monitoring changes on the market so that we can advise our customers regarding current trends.

Making quality sustainable

At all three sites, Nordgetreide observes its responsibility both to the environment and to society. The company also undertakes to use resources with care. This sense of quality drives us to work consistently and sustainably for the company’s success in order to create and protect the future.

Progress through continuity

Achieving more together - a principle that can only succeed if we continuously improve our work processes. This is why Nordgetreide employees work on  projects that span mulitple departments and focus on processes. All departments contribute knowledge openly, directly and without delay. We take specific, relevant and up-to-date key figures as a basis to ensure that we have the right priorities in this process of ongoing improvement. This enables procedures, solutions and results to be always apparent and the focus to remain on the development of the company.

Corporate healthcare

We invest in health

We take our social and economic responsibility very seriously and invest in the health of our employees. Our corporate healthcare includes regular workplace counselling, workshops, company sporting activities; we also strive to ensure a healthy workplace.

Practical health workshops

In workshops on topics such as exercise, nutrition, ergonomics and stress management, our employees learn that they can do a lot for their own health. Experts ensure that the exercises and recommendations can be easily integrated into their daily routine.

External employee counselling

Nordgetreide supports its employees by offering confidential external counselling. Employees can visit experts at an independent counselling and coaching institute at no charge if they have problems with work, their personal lives or their health.

Social responsibility

Nordgetreide supports selected social projects at all three locations. Our focus in this area lies in supporting youth projects.
