Nordgetreide has dedicated itself to ensuring quality throughout, a process that starts with the careful selection of all suppliers and raw materials. A careful examination of raw materials guarantees compliance with detailed specifications. Quality is ensured throughout the entire production process by means of various analyses. In addition to these, comprehensive sensory tests are carried out throughout the entire process, from product development to the end product. Only when the finished product meets safety, taste and quality requirements is it approved for sale.

Our certifications
Nordgetreide is certified according to IFS at all sites, and also fulfils the stringent criteria for organic production certification (DE-ÖKO-006). Furthermore, our quality management system is regularly audited by internal and external auditors.
