Maize Semolina

Nordgetreide manufactures maize semolina in different structures according to customer specifications. Thereby, we differentiate primarily between standard, coarse and fine semolina and secondarily according to the degree of the maize's hardness. We use EU maize as well as flint maize grown in Argentina.

Maize Grits

Our standard range includes five high-grade maize grits, varying in size and hardness.

Maize Flour

Maize flour is a natural by-product of the hulling process and ideal for subsequent usage in the food industry and in the pet food industry. Just like all our products, our maize flour is subject to strictest quality controls.

Wholegrain Semolina

Wholegrain semolina provides valuable nutrients and is a popular ingredient for doughs, porridges, soups, baked dishes or sweets in the confectionery sector. Furthermore, it is suitable for various subsequent industrial processing. Thanks to the large scale of our production, we can reliably guarantee the supply required by the professional industry.

Maize Sprouts

Maize sprouts are a high-quality by-product of starch extraction from maize grains. These are rich in low-cholesterol fats and proteins and can subsequently be used in the food and animal feed industries.

Maize Feed Pellets

Maize feed pellets are a first-class and established component in concentrated feed. We supply our high-quality product granulated or processed into pellets.

Maize Husks

Maize husks are an excellent source of dietary fibre, which we offer in coarse or fine quality. They are suitable for use on their own or for subsequent industrial processing.
