Maize semolina

Nordgetreide manufactures maize grits in different structures according to customer specifications. Thereby, we differentiate primarily between standard, coarse and fine grits and secondarily according to the degree of the maize's hardness. We use EU maize as well as flint maize from South American cultivation.

Maize flour

Maize flour is a natural by-product of the husking process and ideal for subsequent usage in the food and pet food industries. Just like all our products, our maize flour undergoes strictest quality controls.

Wholemeal semolina

Whole grain semolina provides valuable nutrients and is a popular ingredient for doughs, porridges, soups, baked dishes or sweets in the convenience sector. Furthermore, it is suitable for diverse subsequent industrial processing. Thanks to the large scale of our production, we can reliably guarantee the supply required by the professional industry.

Maize sprouts

Maize sprouts are a high-quality by-product of starch extraction from maize kernels. These are rich in low-cholesterol fats and proteins and can subsequently be utilised in the food and animal feed industries.

Post-husking-maize flour

Post-husking-maize flour is a first-class and established component in concentrated forage. We supply our high-quality-post-husking maize flour as loose shred or processed into pellets.

Maize husks

Maize husks are an excellent source of dietary fibre, which we offer in coarse or fine quality. They are suitable for use on their own or for subsequent industrial processing.
